What is a Private Limited Company?
A Private Limited Company is a business entity governed by the Companies Act, 2013. It offers limited liability to its shareholders, has a separate legal identity, and needs at least two and no more than 200 members. Shares in a private limited company cannot be freely transferred.

- Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
- Required for signing electronic documents during registration.
- Acquire Director Identification Number (DIN)
- Apply through the MCA portal for each proposed director.
- Name Reservation
- Apply for name approval via SPICe+ Part A form.
- Company name must be unique and reflect business activity.
- Preparation and Submission of Incorporation Documents
- Submit MOA, AOA, and other required documents via SPICe+ Part B form.
